Not Today, But Soon
We were supposed to launch our YouTube channel today. We didn't.
Adam has spent months buried in this — planning, filming, editing, re-editing, chasing a shot until it finally felt right. This morning he sat me down and showed me the final edit from start to finish.
I cried. Context: it doesn't take much for me to get emotional, so normally I wouldn't make much of that. But this felt different. What I watched wasn't just a sushi video. It was craftsmanship. It was patience. It was someone taking a gift he's had since he was a kid and putting the whole of it on screen.
I'm his sister, so perhaps I'm biased. I've been proud of him long before either of us knew this would become anything. But I don't think that's all this is. I think the world is about to see something rare, and I think a lot of people are going to feel exactly what I felt this morning.
So the launch is delayed — not because something went wrong, but because Adam wouldn't put it out until it was right. Not perfect, but good enough to share. That's who he is, and it's a big part of why this works.
We'll share it soon. Hopefully tomorrow. Thank you for patiently waiting with us.
